Peaceful comfortable clean quiet low-profile hotel not busy with a fruity continental breakfast alongside coffee, walking distance to Paseo de Montejo, restaurants, cafes, shops felt secure here all the time. Wi-Fi works not the best but at least got Wi-Fi. Exceptional customer service there was always someone there to speak to about any hotel or travel issue.
Lovely stay. New hotel, nice room with very good AC. Overlooked street but quiet. Fast WiFi. Black out drapes. Plenty hot water. Good coffee with continental breakfast included. Reccomended.
I had a senior moment and booked the hotel for 1 week after we actually needed it. So, when we arrived early, manager Jose straightened it all out. Though we had to change rooms mid-stay, we couldn't have been happier. Both rooms were more than large enough, immaculately clean and walking distance to central Merida attractions. Jose, Candy & Charisa were all so very helpful and treated us like we were their only gutrysts, though the hotel was full. Breakfast buffet was light but sufficient. We arrived after a cold front, so we didn't try the small but clean pool. We'll plan on returning.
The hotel is great for tourist who won't stay at the hotel for long, because it's near the city centre an near many traditional restaurants that sell great food, however the hotel rooms are a little bit too small and I wouldn't recommend if you want to travel to Mérida in big groups.
Great place, all you can expect from a 3 star hotel plus a great service attitude from the staff. They don’t accept other cards than visa (no MasterCard, no Amex).
